Fireside Sober Living provides a structured, wellness-oriented sober living environment for men in early recovery.

We offer accountability, leadership, and community support — while respecting individual recovery paths.

Daily Structure & Expectations

We don’t require a specific recovery pathway, but most of our residents participate in:

What Success Looks Like in the First Six Months

2 Weeks — Getting Grounded

• Resident understands the house rules, values, and expectations

• Attends house meetings and participates honestly

• Begins forming connections with peers

• Establishes basic structure: wake-up, chores, meetings

• Starts engaging with wellness resources (yoga, meditation, events)

Success looks like: feeling stable, supported, and connected.

30 Days — Building Momentum

• Consistent meeting attendance and program involvement

• Shows up for weekly and monthly community events

• Healthier routines and more ownership

• Early mindset shift: “I’m becoming someone new.”

Success looks like: positive habits forming and real growth emerging.

60 Days — Becoming Part of the Community

• Actively contributes to house culture

• Supports newer residents and models honesty

• Stronger emotional regulation and responsibility

• Steady work with a sponsor or mentor

• Begins letting go of old patterns and influences

Success looks like: a stable, trustworthy, growth-oriented member of the house.

90 Days — Fully Engaged in Transformation

• Living the Fireside values daily: Open-Mindedness, Community, Radical Honesty, Mindful Living, Personal Sovereignty

• Clear improvements in mindset, habits, and relationships

• Strong participation in in-house and recovery-wide events

• Taking responsibility for their future and choices

Success looks like: noticeable transformation-from surviving to truly thriving.

180 Days — Rebuilding a Life That Works

• Reliable routines and healthy relationships

• Stable job and consistent financial habits

• Serves as a role model for newer residents

• Solid recovery practices and ongoing personal growth

• Confidence in who they are becoming

Success looks like: a man who is grounded, connected, and moving forward with clarity and strength.
